Desert Radiology – Long Term Care
You can purchase Long Term Care (LTC) coverage through UNUM for yourself and your family members. LTC insurance pays benefits when you are unable to perform (without substantial assistance), two of six activities of daily living for at least 90 days. Conditions need to be certified by a physician.
