We’re so glad you’re here! And we know it’s not easy being the new kid on the block – but we’re here to help make your benefits enrollment as easy as possible. Selecting your benefits is an important decision; use this page as a resource to help you make the best choice for you and your family.

We also know you’re busy these days, but don’t forget to complete your enrollment as soon as you can!

Benefits Overview 

We want you to get the most from your benefits. Take a moment to watch the presentation so you can be informed and make the best benefits choices for you and your family.

Eligibility 

Confirm you’re eligible to enroll! Most full-time teammates must work an average of at least 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits. You may also enroll your eligible dependents:

Your Eligible Dependents

  • Legally married spouse (including same-sex spouse) or registered domestic partner. Domestic partners are not currently recognized by the IRS as dependents. Therefore, the premiums you pay for your domestic partner are deducted from your paycheck on a post-tax basis
  • Natural, adopted, or stepchildren up to age 26
  • Tax dependents over age 26 who are disabled and dependent on you for support
  • Children named in a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) as defined by federal law

Please note, family members such as parents, grandparents, and siblings who are not tax dependents as described above are not eligible for coverage.

When to Enroll

You must sign up for benefits within 30 days of your start date. 

Your Enrollment Checklist

To help with the enrollment process, here’s a handy checklist.

  • Learn about your benefits and explore all the benefits available through Radiology Partners.
  • Review your current benefits, personal, and dependent information.
  • Consider enrolling in voluntary benefits.
  • Select life insurance and financial account beneficiaries. (These can be updated at any time).
  • Review your dependent information and be sure to have birthdays and Social Security numbers available for each dependent you plan to enroll in coverage. This is an IRS requirement and is used for year-end reporting purposes.
  • Remember to save for retirement! Keep an eye out for your 401(k) enrollment email, which will come from Charles Schwab within three (3) weeks of your hire date.
