How Short Term Disability Works

Desert Radiology Practice-Provided Long-Term Disability (LTD)
The practice provides long-term disability benefits to all teammates. This coverage replaces part of the monthly income in case you experience longer-term medical issues such as:
- Debilitating illness (cancer, heart disease, etc.)
- Serious injuries (accident, etc.)
- Heart attack, stroke, mental disorders
